We want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CubSoftly. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, completely unsealed, with all original tags, and in its original, undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at cubsoftly@gmail.com. Please note that returns must not be sent back without prior authorization. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT SAFETY & HYGIENE EXCEPTIONS

For safety, hygiene, and child protection reasons, any personal care products (such as electronic nail clippers) or infant items (such as teething toys and pillows) that have been opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. > We cannot accept returns on items once the original protective seal or packaging has been breached, unless the product is proven to have arrived fundamentally defective from the manufacturer.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

  • Clearance, sale items, or gift cards.

Product Inspection, Damages, and Issues

For the safety of your child, please inspect your order thoroughly immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For any damaged or defective items, you must include clear photographic or video evidence in your email within 48 hours of delivery so our team can expedite the replacement or refund process before any use.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (provided it is unopened and eligible for return), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the product remains strictly unused, unopened, unsealed, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return at our designated fulfillment center, and let you know if the refund was approved or not based on its condition and safety compliance. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
