• Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders of $50.00 and over.

2. Transit Times & Processing

• Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

• Estimated Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 5 to 14 business days to major destinations.

• Please note that weekend days and holidays are not counted as business days.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

CubSoftly is not responsible for any customs delays, import duties, or local taxes applied to your package upon arrival in your destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with reliable carriers, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or weather events. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact our support team for assistance.
