כדי להתאים אותה באופן מושלם לחוקי קליפורניה ולחוקי ה-FTC הפדראליים (במיוחד חוק ה-30 יום של ה-FTC שדיברנו עליו), ביצעתי 3 התאמות קטנות:

  1. הבהרת ימי עסקים כוללים (FTC Rule): הוספתי הבהרה קטנה שמחברת את זמן העיבוד (Processing) וזמן השילוח (Transit) יחד לחלון זמן כולל, כדי שהלקוח יבין בדיוק מתי החבילה צפויה להגיע.

  2. עיגון זכויות ביטול בשל עיכוב חריג: הוספתי פסקה קצרה בסעיף 5 המבהירה כי במקרה של עיכוב חריג (מעבר ל-30 יום), הלקוח זכאי לבטל ולקבל החזר מלא, כפי שנדרש על פי חוקי קליפורניה וה-FTC.

  3. מיקוד סעיף המסים (Customs & Taxes): חידוד קל בנוסח כדי להבהיר שכל עלות מקומית היא באחריות הרוכש (חשוב מאוד לדרופשיפינג).

We are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and securely. Please review our shipping terms, processing rules, and transit times below.

1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

  • Standard Insured Shipping: For orders under $50.00, a flat shipping rate of $7.99 will be applied at checkout.

  • Free Shipping: We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders of $50.00 and over.

2. Transit Times & Processing

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and dispatched from our international fulfillment hubs within 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 5 to 14 business days to major destinations.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their packages within 7 to 17 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real-time. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's network.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

CubSoftly utilizes international fulfillment networks to deliver products directly to your doorstep. Prices displayed on our website do not include local import duties, customs fees, or international taxes applied by your destination country's authorities. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we partner with reliable commercial carriers, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing backups, regional logistical bottlenecks, or extreme weather events.

  • FTC / Consumer Protection Compliance: If your order experiences an unexpected logistical delay and cannot be delivered within 30 days from purchase, we will notify you immediately via email. In accordance with consumer protection regulations, we will provide you with an updated delivery estimate and offer you the option to either accept the delay or cancel your order for a full, immediate refund.

  • If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch and you have received no updates, please contact our support team so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
